It is the use of digital technology, via a secure and confidential video appointment from your laptop, tablet, or mobile device, to provide therapy outside the traditional office setting.
All the nuances of facial expressions and body language can be seen through video, just as they can in-person.
Because of its ease of accessibility and convenience, I have found that the overwhelming majority of my clients actually prefer telehealth over the traditional office setting!

If you are using a laptop or computer, it is unnecessary to download any additional software.
If you are using a smartphone or tablet, you will need to download the Google Meet mobile app which can be accessed through the Apple Store or Google Play.
Contact your therapist so that they can resend the link through email or secure messaging.
